Businesses who accepted Credit & Debit cards as a form of payment between 2004-2019 may be eligible for a share of the settlement.  Your company may have been overcharged on interchange fees by Visa and Mastercard during that period.

How do I file?

Complete the form on our website for us to begin the filing process for you. We diligently review and submit your claim in a timely manner. Once we obtain your data from the Claims Administrator we will review those records with you to ensure you get all the money to which you are entitled.

Pricing

There is no upfront cost to filing a claim. We work on a contingency basis and only get paid when you do. Our fee is a flat 25% of any awarded proceeds from the settlement.

Payouts depend on your Visa and Mastercard transaction fees from January 1, 2004, to January 25, 2019, and other factors like total valid claims and administrative costs.

Merchants allege that Visa and Mastercard, along with their member banks, unlawfully set interchange fees and enforced rules limiting merchants from directing customers to alternative payment methods, leading to excessive fees.

It will take up to a month for us to file your claim. Receiving the settlement depends on many factors and will only happen after the claim filing deadline ends on Feb 4 2025. The court has not given an estimate of when checks will go out.

We are only owed a fee if you qualify and receive your payment from the class action. Our fee is 25%.

We will coordinate with the settlement administrator to determine your eligibility and inform you if you don’t qualify.
